Payment Details

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at registration.

    The remaining balance is split into two payments:
  • Payment #2: February 15, 2026
  • Payment #3: March 15, 2026

If you register after a payment date has passed, that payment becomes due immediately upon booking. If you register after March 15th, full payment is required at registration.

Travel & Logistics

Yes. Flights are not included. You’ll fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN) on April 19th, 2026. We’ll confirm the Cancun hotel for everyone to meet at, closer to the date. From there, all group transportation to Holbox and back to Cancun on your return day, is covered.

Arrival: Anytime on April 19th. We stay at a hotel (hotel TBD) overnight in Cancún close to the bus station

Departure: Book your flight after 3:00 PM on April 26 to allow enough time for the ferry + shuttle + airport check-in.

A valid passport is required and must expire at least 6 months after travel.

One night in Cancún followed by six nights at Blue Holbox, a boutique beachfront hotel with daily breakfast and lunch included.

Food & Dining

Daily breakfast and lunch is covered at Blue Holbox only, plus a Taco Tour and one group dinner. If you want to enjoy lunch elsewhere, feel free (it will just be your own expense)! Other dinners can be enjoyed with the group or on your own.
Yes. Holbox restaurants are very flexible however, you’re responsible for communicating your concerns to the staff as we will not always be eating together. Note** I suggest practicing your Spanish as not all restaurant staff will be fluent in English!

Weather, Island Details & Safety

Warm, sunny, dry and breezy — typically mid-20s to low-30s °C.
Yes — that’s part of its charm. No cars, sandy streets, golf carts and bikes everywhere. After rain, some streets may flood. It’s relaxed, simple, and slow-paced — If you’re looking for a 5 star luxury retreat, this ain’t it
Yes. It’s a very friendly, walkable island with a strong local community. You’ll notice even the night life shuts down pretty early (before 11pm most nights)
Tap water isn’t drinkable, but bottled water will be available throughout the retreat.
Yes — all guests must purchase travel insurance that covers trip interruptions and medical care.

Packing & Preparation

A full packing list will be sent closer to the retreat. Essentials include:
  • Light workout clothing
  • Swimwear
  • Sunscreen
  • Sandals + comfy walking shoes (that you don’t mind getting dirty)
  • Bug spray
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Small backpack
  • Evening outfits
  • Pesos – Holbox uses pesos for all payments (unlike other parts of Mexico that use USD).
*Most* places will accept credit cards but don’t rely on it. There are ATMs on the island but they don’t always work and charge higher fees.

Absolutely. Many guests come solo — you’ll feel part of the group right away.
Yes — plenty. The retreat is intentionally designed with a balance of movement, adventure, and downtime. Everything on the schedule is optional, though I recommend stepping out of your comfort zone once in a while ;)
Yes. You’re free to enjoy free time as you please. Just don’t show up to any workouts with a buzz lol. This retreat is about balance, not restriction.
We’re keeping the retreat intimate with 8–10 guests.
Yes — all activities are optional. Just note the retreat is fitness-focused, so the schedule centers around all types of movement and wellness.
