This April, escape to the sun-soaked island of Holbox, Mexico, for a week designed to recharge your body, calm your mind, and remind you just how strong you truly are.

Soul Strong is a fitness retreat that blends movement, mindfulness, and adventure — all set against Holbox's postcard-perfect beaches and slow-paced island life. You'll train, stretch, explore, laugh, eat incredible food, and reconnect with yourself surrounded by like-minded people on similar journeys: finding strength inside and out.

Each morning begins with a nourishing breakfast at our boutique hotel, Blue Holbox, followed by energizing bootcamps, yoga flows, or small-group workouts led by Certified Personal Trainer Adelade LaFontaine. Mid-mornings and afternoons are free to join a restorative yoga session, explore the island by bike, join one of the included excursions, or just relax by the beach. In the evening, we'll have a variety of activites to choose from including Zumba with locals, sound baths, meditations, taco tours, sunset kayaking, and more.

You'll leave not only feeling stronger and recharged, but deeply reconnected to yourself — body, mind, and soul.
